We completed this project after the previous general contractor had been dismissed, just after the mechanicals were roughed in but not yet inspected. Big challenges were getting up to speed on the systems, correcting problematic workmanship and preparing for the high level of finishes to come. An engaged client and architect helped steer this large, detailed project to a successful completion.
